What is it all about? What you can expect from us:

"Interning at Tough Minds revolves around personal development and can be summed up in one sentence: 'Dare to Grow'. Not only are you open to learning, but you're also eager to translate that learning into action! Throughout the internship process, you'll not only contribute ideas and stay in the office, but you'll also participate and take initiative. This means you'll have the opportunity to learn the 'Tough Minds Mindset', contribute to brainstorming sessions, and attend workshops to gain hands-on experience. You'll witness how each situation is unique and requires its own approach in bridging theory with practice, while also observing that each of us has our own way of working. After all, there's no 'one-size-fits-all' approach."

Additionally, we offer you the opportunity to experience and understand how things really work in practice. We'll immerse you in the (daily) business operations, managing social media, and also provide you with a free 1-on-1 trajectory with one of our founders to experience our coaching firsthand! This program is based on ACT; Acceptance Commitment Training. Moreover, it's a valuable support in working towards your personal learning goals, because you have those too, of course!

The internship assignment will be formulated in consultation with your university or college, but can also be tailored on an individual basis through discussion. What we value most is your passion for the field and seeing yourself reflected in the core values of Tough Minds.
